I have been studying the science of food and nutrition for over two decades, and I am always happy to share my knowledge with my community.
As someone who grew up eating Nigerian food, I have discovered ways to create healthy dishes while enjoying the traditional food I love.
I created Teal Nutrition, offering culturally relevant nutrition education, resources, recipes, and solutions for a healthier, more agile lifestyle.
In the community
I am actively involved in my community, collaborating with others to educate, empower, and advocate for children, youth, women, and families through various initiatives I co-founded, including Aspire Hub Canada and Tiraka, with branches in the United States, Canada, the UK, and Nigeria.
